Jason Swanson


Jason is the principal Specialist and project manager on assignments, serving as the client's primary contact. His consulting experience includes strategic market and feasibility analysis, hospitality real estate advisory services and hospitality technology consulting for clients in over 50 markets throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Asia. His research has focused on tourism policy development in four continents: North America, Africa, Asia, and Antarctica. During graduate work at Cornell University, he won awards from the Center for Hospitality Research, National Tour Association (NTA) and the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA).  He currently works on destination strategic planning for several destinations in the United States and grant administration for Southeast Tourism Society, in addition to being a doctoral student at North Carolina State University.

Malcolm (Mac) A. Noden

 

Mac is involved in assignments concentrating on the concerns of the host community. His experience includes over 30 years as a Senior Lecturer at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He is a well-known expert in the area of tourism policy, promotion and development and is currently a representative on the World Tourism Organization's Educational and Training Board.




William J. Callnin, CHA

 

Bill focuses on the interests of suppliers and operators. His experience, spanning over 30 years, includes developing, owning, operating and consulting with hotels, resorts and casinos in the U.S., the Caribbean, Europe and Australia. He is Chairman of Cayuga Hospitality Advisors and is an expert in development and operations in the casino industry.

 

 

 

Dr. Hannah R. Messerli

 

Hannah, an expert in tourism policy with professional experience in over 20 countries, analyzes assignments from the perspective of the host government. She is also currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Tourism at New York University. In the public sector she has worked as a technical advisor for UNDP and as a researcher in the Department of Policy and Analysis of the U.S. Travel and Tourism Administration.
